    We currently only sell and ship to the Continental United States. We offer FREE shipping on all artwork!

    RETURNS
    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, contact us at shop@wellmanart.com. If your return is accepted, we will notify you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question.

    SHIPPING DAMAGES
    Extremely rare occurrences, if for any reason the shipping company damages or loses your package, We Are NOT responsible for this unfortunate outcome. All artwork is insured when shipped and you will need to file a claim with the shipping company that was used by providing them a tracking number that was sent to you when the package was shipped. Taking photos of the damaged art and the original box it arrived in is highly recommended for the claims department.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    We do not accept returns on sale items, digital orders, or gift cards.

    REFUNDS
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping charges and any credit card processing fees that were applied. within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@wellmanart.com.

    REFUNDS
    Discounted-sale items are not eligible. However on Regular-priced pieces the art will be inspected for any damages. Once the art has passed inspection, you will then be refunded the amount you paid minus shipping charges and any credit card processing fees that were applied.

    RETURN shipping charges will be your responsibility and will not be included in any refund.
